I believe you are referring to The Villages of Seloy, which is being built by a relatively unknown, yet ultra-high quality builder called UniFlorida IV.
Their work is impeccable from start to finish.
I don't have any real knowledge about Taylor Morrison, and in fact I didn't even realize that they had come back in to the NE Florida market after they left during the housing crash, so I can't make any real judgment calls on them.
But as for UniFlorida IV, I would not hesitate to buy one of their units if I was looking to move into an age restricted community.

D.R. Horton has their Freedom Homes in that area, and Pulte is re-branding to Del Webb in their Bridge Bay community in Bannon Lakes. Mattamy has a 55+ coming in 2019 as well. (nd of course Del Webb Ponte Vedra is almost sold out of new. Oh yeah, Lennar has a community in Nocatee as well.
