I have always found Discount Tire to have good prices and great service. They fixed a puncture for free before when my tires were past their "warranty" period. They also called Michelin and got a very large discount on a replacement for me once when a tire that I didn't even buy from them had a big bulge in the sidewall after hitting a pothole. You can check prices and read tire reviews on their website tires.com, even buy online, then drive to the store for an install.
