Technically, each forum is only supposed to have 1 sticky going at a time, so we'd have to let the others go. We can do that if everyone would prefer a picture sticky, just let me know what you all think.

Yeah, Riverside is one of the best neighborhoods in town.

It's also the(?) largest historic district in Florida, so it's filled with beautiful Craftsman, Queen Anne, and Prarie Style homes (not really pictured in this thread). Consequently, a lot of the new construction reflects this great character.

The historic district boundaries get a little chaotic around 5 points, so you get this really neat mix of 1920s, mid-century modern, and contemporary infill. It's a cool place.

Riverside is THE best place to live in the city.

Avondale & San Marco are nice too, but a little to high brow for me.

FYI......Springfield is Riverside about 10 years ago.......get in while the gettin's good.

Yes, please! More Photos! Riverside looks great!

I'm getting a little tired taking Google Street Map Strolls to see what neighborhoods look like.

Does anyone have pics of the Beaches? SJTC? Downtown?

And by the way... what's Dial-Up?
