Relocating with tweens to Nocatee. So far we’ve looked in Coastal Oaks, Twenty Mile, and Greenleaf- all seem nice. Insight or advice on any of these? Also- schools ? I’ve heard positives about both K-8 schools.
Thank you !

Twenty mile gets my vote. It is away from some of the noise and has a tad more rural feel to it. I would avoid the back area of 'the Crossing' at 20 mile as it backs up to the new K-8 school and there is a parade of kids and golf carts twice a day going up and down the street.

Thoughts or information on Landrum middle school? Pros or cons vs VRa ? Both are ranked high but wanted some honest feedback or opinions

My kids have only gone to Landrum and they like it. Wife and I also like it. I have heard from parents that had kids go to both and mostly liked Landrum over VR. VR might seem more convenient if you live in one of the nocatee communities right next to it.

There is also palm valley k-8 now so if you're in 20 mile, your kids would be zoned there. It's a brand new school so it's K-6 this year, K-7 next year then K-8 in the 3rd year.

Moving to new home in Nocatee soon. There is a known issue with lack of quality resources available to complete work including home builders claiming to be best builder based on this or that. Best advice is to talk with neighbors in the community willing to talk before deciding. Also, try to join or read posts on Neighborhood FB pages. My experience was not good. Finally getting close to closing after 5 1/2 month delay.

Saw your message on my earlier post - thanks for the advice! Curious, which builder did you decide to go with in Nocatee?
