"Expired listing letters" are angry letters that you write to remind your realtor that your contract is expiring and your house is still on the market. There are many such letters. I don't know, just my guess.

Anyone else to take a shot at this? LOL

Why not just let that contract expire and get a different realtor...why bother sending them a letter? Seems pointless, if they haven't done anything. Although it may not be their fault, there happens to be a lousy market lately.

The letter-to-the-realtor thing was just a joke. We still don't know what the OP means.

There are also expired listing letters that Realtors use to try to get new listings. Those I would not share with other Realtors.
