It's not in the best area of town but I don't have any actual info on the condo's. The area isn't real bad just old and close to some bad areas. I've actually never seen those condos before. It's been a while since I drove down Master's drive but I used to take that route to drive to school way back when.

We rented there for 3 years when we first moved to St. Augustine before buying in a different location. As mentioned it is on the "poor" side of town, but really was not a detriment IMO. what was, was the completely inept property management/board and absolutely terribly built and poorly insulated homes. Also there are a lot of renters. I often went to meetings to represent the owner of our rental, they were a joke. Hopefully things have changed since we were there, but you cannot fix the bad construction.
