So can someone enlighten me about the mysterious parking lot that is directly underneath the Fuller Warren Bridge exactly located in a line between the Bearded Pig and Clara's Tidbits? There are NO signs, no rules, no information AT ALL anywhere around the entire thing - which is surrounded to the east by Kings Ave, and to the west by Hendricks. I was looking for a shaded spot to escape the sun yesterday and this lot didn't use to be there. I did notice quite a few interesting characters wandering around. Who parks here and is it just a free-for-all / park at your own risk type thing? I wouldn't want to leave my car there for very long and sure not overnight but ......no signs?
