If price is not an option, which part of Yulee is the most quiet and the best “part of town”?

We are retired and want a quiet area .
Thanks

Yulee and quiet and best area is a broad term for this area.

We have explosive growth in motion coupled with road construction that is taking its toll on commuters to the area and those living here.

It is a great area to retire or raise a family but again growth is out of control and Nassau County has not planned for the future as well as Saint Johns County has.

There are really nice subdivisions but depending on cost, lot size, and price range it depends where in Yulee you will find what you need.

Yulee is small enough where you could pretty easily explore it in two days.

I can say that most new construction off Amelia Island is starting in the low $200’s.

Our favorite is Plummer’s Creek just west of I-95 but that is a huge subdivision!

Good luck and welcome to the area!
