I’m looking at renting a 1200 sq ft home in the Murray Hill area but was curious as to what you guys pay for utilities monthly? I’ll be paying electric, water & sewage along with garbage pickup (I believe pickup is $13/mo ?) Right now I pay about $100 electric for a 450 sq.ft studio and that’s it. What do you guys think? I’m just curious as to what I could be looking at.

As a renter, you will not pay anything for garbage pick up because that is included in the property owners tax bill.

You can call JEA and give them the address for the property, and they can tell you what utilities cost. 904-665-6000.
