The problem with these projected communities is that they might not necessarily be completed as planned. St Johns is being flooded with new residents because of the schools which are now overcrowded and getting much worse.

Especially if this recession continues into 2021/2022 and beyond. I can see building coming to a crawl and any/all retail buildouts in our area will also slow or cease altogether.

The biggest problem w home sales in the next few months is getting an “older” home appraised. New homes won’t need human appraisers to go inside the home. But if you are buying a home not from a builder, you need someone to go in your home and apprise it. People won’t go in homes right now.

Publix now has a trailer parked off the 210 and next to BL which reads "Coming Soon." In addition to the Publix going in there, a bunch of retail shops including restaurants will go along in that area too. I know a Caribbean Joes is supposed to go on the opposite side of street from Publix. Rumor is a movie theater may go in, but we haven't found anything to confirm this information.

BL also appears to be getting access to the 30-40 acre lake being built in the back. It will be stocked with fish for fishing, kayaking and sail boating; no swimming though but I know BL has a community pool. You can drive around the lake to take a look see.

Don't know anything about SL but Nocatee is nice too.
