Currently live in St. Pete and am thinking of relocating to St. Augustine. Can someone give me a ballpark price of what a nice one bedroom condo in a decent area would go for? Don't get me wrong, I will check out realtor.com, but would love to hear from natives. Any suggestions, advice, etc. welcome.

There is no difference in pricing between realtor.com and the "natives", of which there are very, very few anymore.

There are 3 1 bedroom condos on the market right now at the Legends in World Golf Village. $135,000 to $147,000

Just way too broad of a question to adequately answer as there are so many variables:

- beachside or inland?
- if inland, how far?
- what is your definition of "nice?" Mine probably differs vastly from yours
- where in St Augustine? Prices can vary depending on the area
- condo buildings vary in amenities as well so again it would be hard to say

Curious what made you relocate from Beautiful St Pete to small town St. Augustine?
