I'm looking to buy a two bedroom place in a safe area and have been looking into the Summerfield townhomes off Baymeadows Road East. If anyone is familiar with this neighborhood, I'd appreciate any feedback on the area and the quality of the townhomes.

As safety is my first priority, does anyone know if these townhomes are located in a good area? Secondly, how convenient would this location be for getting to JAX Beach?

Thank you in advance for your comments!

Summerfield is in a great location! You are very close to I-295, two nice grocery stores, near the Town Center for shopping, and you're in a safe gated community surrounded by a park and newer apartments. There's a big car dealer next door but they're a very well kept dealership.
My son owned a unit there when he was single, and then he married and started a family so he sold for a nice return. That end of Baymeadows is all newer and you'd like it.
It's easily a 9/10!
And it's about 10-12 minutes to the ocean.
