Home owners did you get the same paper I did???? The CDD is up AGAIN!!!! HOW did we get stuck with the bill!!!! if HL collects over $15 thousand dollars from bad tenants/owners not keeping with code grass cut or completely dead grass, how is it that we get a $2,400 dollar bill when CDD fees are due??? not to mention that ANY NEW BUYERS GET NO CDD FEES. Dont miss understand me I know we have fees to pay, but to be that much PER house... How many people are working FOR us anyway?????

Default HL CDD fees

Are you sure that there are NO CDD fees for new homeowners in HL? Perhaps Engle and Dr. Horton are just paying a year or two of the CDD fees.

Also, your CDD fees ARE tax deductable....ask your tax advisor. I am in new home sales for a builder and we were always told that they are tax deductable - I deducted mine!!
