Does Oakleaf Plantation have an association fee? How much is it and what does it cover. Is there a separate charge for the club house ammenities?

I think this was covered in depth already. You might want to use the search feature on this forum to find this info. since no one is responding. Best wishes!

I did search, but nothing came up, so I figured I would post some questions. Thinking that someone might know the answers to them. I guess I was wrong. Then again, I just posted it.

This might help too. I did a search on CDD and another on Oakleaf. There were lots of threads that pulled up. Plenty of different points of view on CDD and HOA fees in those threads.

Good luck!

Wow...I've never had a response directly referenced before.

If you have any other questions regarding Oakleaf, feel free to ask. I may not post here too often. But, am usually lurking about.

My wife got a tour of the new elementary school with our two sons last week. She says that it is pretty impressive. They each have an orientation there this Friday. There is also supposed to be a dedication ceremony for it on Sunday. They are so looking forward to walking / bike riding to school and not dealing with the bus.
