This guy is correct! 100 %.

The 2 cities are a mirror image of each other. Atl has a few more thing because it has 4 times more people. I have live in Atlanta for 4 years and have studied it closely. Atlanta gets most of its citizens from Tenn, Miss, Bama, GA, NC & SC....It does not pull from places like NY, LA or Chi. So you can imagine how it could be culturally similar. The best thing Jax has for diversity is the Navy & south floridas over flow of Latinos & Caribean citizens. Both places are filled with people who never leave their zip code, and do not want to see or learn anything outside of it. But again has more people, more Wal Marts, more McDonalds.
