I’m looking to sell my house in Orange Park and am looking for a realtor with experience and a proven track record. If you’ve sold a home in OP and were pleased with your realtor, please send me their contact information.

Thank you.

I sent you info via a rep comment. I am a community association manager and have worked with a long-time OP agent who is an old-school real estate person- she doesn't just get a listing and then let others sell it, she's always thinking and working for her clients.

I am a former Realtor and know who the best Realtors in each area are. THEY ARE NOT ALL THE SAME!!! Some realtors will take a listing just to have a listing, just to be able to take sign calls and sell OTHER properties. You need an aggressive marketer. Can't stress that enough. Also, when I did real estate, I staged my homes and they sold MUCH faster than average (the ones that were priced right, that is).

Most importantly - many people hire their Realtor based on who they like, or on a "friend" recommendation. You need to remember that this is a highly important business transaction, and you need to hire based on who can get the job done. So-called "Top Producers" aren't always your best bet either.

I work now doing home staging and realtor referrals (when not busy leasing the hottest apartments in Jacksonville, that is!). I could go on and on, but you are welcome to DM me if you like & I can send a couple of Realtors your way to interview
