I was looking around online and found this story about the Kerrington Academy and the bad business deal that led them to closing. I thought it was odd that the owner's name wasn't mentioned. Anybody remember this or know who the referenced prior owner was?

I remember watching that story on the news. My mother-in-law got real upset and started yelling at the tv.

Hey, and I thought that no one really cared anymore. (I owned the place). Thanks, BadMagellanExperience, for posting this thread. I kind of keep a watch out for anything Magellan and have since the Kerrington Academy shut down.

And SunnyNurse, just out of curiousity, why exactly was your mother-in-law yelling at the tv? Hopefully it wasn't directed at me. The Kerrington Academy was doing pretty good except for the all-important financial aspect. By this I mean the kids were happy, the parents were happy, and the employees were happy. Even the DCF was happy.
