I'm referring to the black areas of 103rd where the low-income blacks reside, those are the parts of 103rd that one should be wary of. The residential side of 6000 to 6999 block of 103rd.

For those unfamiliar with 103rd Street:103rd street jacksonville, fl - Google Maps

No problem!!

The rough areas of 103rd Street are from Wesconent (east end) to the street after Ricker Rd (west end) including Tampico Rd, Firestone Rd, Melvin Circle off Firestone & Ricker , 118th off Ricker, Harlow that runs into Lane Ave. Those are the main problem areas.

Ortega Farms, Confederate Point, Jacksonville Heights (JH), JH West, JH South?
Some parts of Seaboard and Catoma may be bad, but most of the bad spots are after Wesconnet going west.
