While a good Realtor has always been important, IMO, it's critical in these crazy times. I met Eric Boyd and his family through our CD meetup pizza group. I was impressed before I met him with his posts here on CD. He knows a lot about the area and I can tell that he does his homework. I also know a Realtor who knows the westside very well that is very good.

Are you looking to rent or to buy ?

If your looking to rent I know of 2 houses in the Baymeadows 9A area 15 mins from the beach,5 mins form St Johns Town Center , 20 mins from Downtown
1. 3 bedrooms that is on the neighborhood lake
2. possibly 4 bedrooms with a pool
