I am looking into moving to Jax. I currently live in Western NY area and I work at Kohl's. I would like to keep working for Kohl's when I move. There is a particular position (a small move up the ladder for me) I want that I need to go for if there is any stores being built at this moment in time. Kohl's doesn't list their new stores online until 2-3 months before they open so I have no way of knowing in advance if there is any other ones being built around there unless I live there allready. I do have the jacksonville.com newspaper site on my favorites so I can keep looking. But I also know that when something is being built sometimes they'll put a sign up at the site "coming soon...." before they'll actually put want ads in the paper. So, if anyone knows of any that are being built in that area that have not yet been advertised please let me know and where the area is in Jax, will play a part in where I relocate to. Thanks so much in advance!

wow! ya know, I've been trying to research Savannah, GA and Jacksonville areas. It's like pulling teeth trying to get as much info from people outta GA than here! It looks like I'll likely choose Jax! Thanks to everyone whos been helping me! You guys are great and I allready feel welcome!

All of these are already built, but all fairly new. Kohls just recently came to the Jacksonville area, maybe a year or two ago.

My parents live in JAX and my mom loves Kohls. She was thrilled to report to me that they are building a brand new one right hear her home, to be opening later this year. It is located near the OAKLEAF plantation, on or near Argyle Forrest Blvd. There is a Home Depot being built there now, and a brand new Target just went in as well. It is all part of the Oakleaf development. Hope this helps!
