I have lived in Clay for about 10 years and it isnt bad out in middleburg. Still not too much going on out there. There is some new places out there like gas stations and stuff but nothing major to my knowledge. Some road construction going on right now that kind of slows things down a bit but its not too bad. I recently was looking for a place to rent and came across quite a few trailers/houses for rent in middleburg. It is still a quiet country type town yet close to orange park for shopping and stuff.

Ditto Cassidy. I live in Middleburg, and based on what I see, there probably haven't been too many changes from when you were last here (other than maybe a few new neighborhoods built out that way, especially on C.R. 218).

Nah, I was joking about you having read some posts from me before. I've been in some "spirited" discussions on here that were political in nature (to which some of the regulars can attest), irking some folks. That's what I meant by not holding any of my posts against me!

You are correct, I do like Middleburg. I like Clay County, period. I've lived in Lake Asbury, Fleming Island, and now Middleburg, and I like 'em all.

I've been in Clay County for the last 7.5 years. Doubt I'll be moving away anytime soon. I like it here, a lot.
