If you get a warrant for your arrest in florida, for a minor violation. Then get pulled over in georgia. Does that warrant pop up on their computer screen?

It will probably show up but you will be out of the "pickup range" if it is minor and no action will be taken on the warrant itself. Of course you will be detained for any arrestable charges you may get at the time of being stopped by another agency.
The more serious the charges, the farther departments will go to pick you up.
I have some cops who are friends and I have a police scanner. I hear people getting record checks ran all the time with warrants coming back on them for minor stuff and they are let go because they are farther away than the department that issued the warrant will go to get them. At least that's the way it works in my area.
Of course it's best to take care of any warrant no matter how minor and do what is needed to have it withdrawn.
It could come back to bite you if someone runs a background check when you try to rent a house, apply for credit, get a job, etc. Anything that is public record can be found by anyone.
