By the time of this response Simplyrobin has made her move and life is good. But I had to reply to the comments about Green Cove Springs which just happens to be a magnificant City on the St. Johns River with so much to offer. Manufactured home are in every county, including St. John and Duval. The manufactured homes are typically in the more remote areas of any county where the zoning is still Rural or Agricultural. Green Cove Springs has it's own Clay Theatre, Hollerith's Fine Art Gallery, Wild Ginger's Art Studio, Art for Eyes, From the Heart Flower and Gifts, River Park Inn B & B, D'Fontana Italian Pizzeria and Ristorante and so much more. There are several new residential development in Green Cove Springs, rural land is still available as well as estate riverfront properties. And there is a new addition -- a beautiful riverfront townhome community whihc is breaking ground practically as I type this reply -- Governor's Point Yacht Club $399 - $699 for 3-story river front. And of course there is the breath taking Magnolia Point Golf & County Club. Green Gove Springs is a growing city, not to mention the county seat of Clay County and is deserving of better comments than previous posting would imply. Come visit us and see how we have grown in just the past 2 years. We are on the move and look forward to your visit.

See you somewhere,

Isn't that where the old folk get put out to pasture....? I believe it's a retirement community no?
