The YMCA fits the bill for as far as massage goes. not all branches offer them , however, and they have to be scheduled in advance.

A friend of mine has a masseuse that comes to the home the nice thing about this is you don't have to drive home once you are nice and relaxed.

Another option is the local massage schools. You get a massage form a student who is about to graduate for $35 to $30. Some even have facials.

I got a massage (my first) in May at a place in the St. Johns Town Center. It was wonderful, but you're right. Afterwards I had to get in the car to drive home and that made me tense up.
At the time I thought it would be great to have a limo pick me up and take me home while I sipped on champagne.

I had a great massage at the Y in Riverside. I can't remember her name, but she had been there a while.

Two others that I have gotten at independent places were nothing more than nice back rubs.

Oh sign me up for the limo & champagne massage package !!

The company my friend uses charges between $100 & $125 for a complete 60 min massage, many are only 45 to 50 mins she brings everything the table, candles and music.
