Default I agree the housing market is still going to go much lower

I think the housing market is going down a lot further too. Not only in Florida but everywhere. It will catch up to the mountains of North Carolina as well. The baby boomers had a lot to do with the housing boom. The realtors have a lot of the blame as well. They wanted to make as much profit as possible so they appraised the houses higher. Lastly we can't forget about the banks and subprime mortgages who lent outrageous amounts of money to people who couldn't afford them; on houses that weren't worth the asking prices. I knew it wasn't sustainable. I knew there was a big problem when it was easier to get a mortgage then a sears credit card.
