I have several individuals who does not reside in the home adjacent to mine and have called JSO several times to no avail. Just today, it has become rather interesting since they, the adjacent home, has found something in value called wood. So now they are cutting wood from six to ten hours per day in the back yard. Disquisting as it sound, the home is not livable and the persons ae property unemployed. But, should I sacrafice my own personal quality of life and suffer because someone else does not have a real job.

Our congregation is also considering suing the City of Jacksonville since they refuse to remove this individual on a permanent basis.

Are the owners and/or legal residents of the property present during these activities?
