Hi! We are looking to move to Julington Creek this summer. I will have a 11th grader and 9th grader. Trying to get a sense of the high schools. Now that Creekside has been open for a bit, how are they doing? Our other option is the Fleming Island area, but am a little unsure about some of the things i've heard about FIHS. My oldest has had to move alot, so trying to find good fit for the final two years. Any advice much appreciated!

The people in my neighborhood have been very happy with Creekside. Haven't heard anything negative, but I have a small sample size.

I'm not sure what you've "heard" about FIHS, but I've heard no negatives outside of the normal typical high school stuff that teens endure at all schools.

I'm impressed with Creekside. I think the Principal is very good. He has sons that live in my community and they are great kids with great character. Creekside is in a great area, close to Julington Creek and Durbin Crossing. Not sure why you would want to send them so far away to Fleming Island. Other options are Bartram Trail H.S. and Nease H.S.

The only negative I have heard is that it is crowded... Other than that only good things...

FIHS is roughly 4 times the size of the high school I graduated from and I can count at least 20 trailers outside...
