Are you talking about Edgewood Ave. in 32254 or 32208/32209? If you're talking about 32208 and 32209, Edgewood Ave. in those areas are rather sketchy because they're surrounded by ghetto 'hoods. They also have pretty blocks but overall, they're semi to really rough areas. Old Kings Rd. traverses NW Jacksonville so there are OK areas. 103rd St, from what I know about it is a notoriously dangerous block (largely the black inner-city areas of 103rd) Note, 103rd runs the entire length of West Jacksonville so it's a mixture of commercial/residential. The commercial side of 103rd is alright but the side streets in the 103rd vicinity can be rough.
