It applies to garden and pool service workers - construction people - non-live in domestic help. Etc. Not to the gate guards - security patrols - country club employees - etc. Also - you're not allowed to mow your own lawn before noon. I suspect all of this relates to noise more than it relates to religion. A lot of people - including me - like to sleep late on Sunday
. FWIW - I suspect no one would complain about emergency repairs (whether they're A/C - plumbing or other emergencies). The only complaints I've seen are about non-emergencies. Robyn

. FWIW - I suspect no one would complain about emergency repairs (whether they're A/C - plumbing or other emergencies). The only complaints I've seen are about non-emergencies. Robyn
