cant think of reason to live in clay county unless muddin is a priority

Am I the only one on this forum who doesn't think that being near a Walmart is necessarily a good thing?

If you work downtown you'll want to avoid Orange Park because of the traffic, btw.

OP has some nice neighborhoods, but that traffic on blanding and us17 is a nightmare. I used to work off kingsley and not to mention that train that always seems to get you right before you reach your destination. I guess the closet Walmart to DT would be the one on Normady.
