Glad we got that cleared up . And I don't have any problem with the OP getting his own broker. I'm not fond of townhouses - and perhaps a broker who doesn't represent the builder may tell him some of the facts of life when it comes to comparing townhouses/condos with single family houses. Robyn

Hi all...new to these forums. We are looking for a RTO home hopefully in the Southside or Arlington area. We currently are living off Greenland Rd. and our land owner died before we could get a signature for the land our mobile home is on and his sister wants to "throw" everyone out instead of seeing that she could be getting money every month or we purchase the land however, we are willing to give it all up at this point to get into another home and prosper. Thanks all for any direction you could help point us in. :-)

jafco.. there are several ways to structure a lease to own contract and if you're not 100% familiar with writing lease to own contracts, I'd call a realtor's office and tell them you're looking for a realtor specializing in lease to own properties. This way the realtor can also do an market analysis to determine the current market value the home.
