They are definitely setting you up.

Next time she asks you for your resume, tell her you e-mailed it to her a couple days ago. That will temporarily put your supervisor on the defensive and give you the upper hand. When she later says that she can't find it, act exasperated and say "OK, I'll e-mail it to you...againnnn!". Next day send her an e-mail with "my resume...again!" as the subject, but don't include any attachment. She'll probably e-mail you back right away saying she didn't see an attachment. E-mail her back and say something negative about your stupid IT Department.

The HR Manager was on vacation when I was hired so that's probably why she doexn't have a copy of the resume.

I thought I saw a recent post of yours about being laid off. You must have been speaking about your previous job?
