Hello!
I sent a resume to the employer I am highly interested to work for! However, I am currently re-doing my resume and cover letter. I found out that my resume is is responsibility driven, not accomplishment driven. The resume will be in new design. I would just add more accomplishments and erase some bullet-points. Now, should I send the new copy to the employer or will it look really bad? How should I explain my actions? I really want that job and competition is high, but I do not want to seem irresponsible by not getting the right resume in the first time. Thank you!
