I am currently in a position /company that I am not hugely found of, recently I just had a glimmer of hope in changing of offices. There is a possibility of making some serious money but isn't too common ( sales). So I am activity looking for other opportunities -- I now Have a interview for a MUCH MUCH better company however the pay is only slightly better.

While on paper this is much better job , about a 15% raise in pay ( no commission) company is global and do like the position more. Having said that, I will still be underpaid , and the position doesn't achieve my goal for a positions but is a start.

I just hate to take a "slightly" better job and still be in a active looking situation , Idk , Anyone ever in this situation , Suggestions , comments.

I understand finding that Perfect job is like chasing a unicorn ....

I would take it just to get out of sales, but that's just me.

You say "a MUCH MUCH better company, on paper this is much better job, about a 15% raise in pay" tells me that it is better than what you're currently doing. I would jump on it, not nitpick it too much, and see what happens.

Take the position and the pay raise; you never know what it will turn into or what opportunities will arise from it.
