Fortunately I have my third interview with a marketing company next week. It is with the company president. He has been out of the country for a couple of weeks so there was a delay between the second and third. What should I expect?

The second was with ten hiring mgr and it went very well. It was more like a conversation instead of an interview. I was given a tour of facility and the interview was about 1.5 hours. Could I be the only candidate left? May it's wishful thinking on my part but I think I will have an offer before the holiday. They want to fill the position fast - it's only been about a month since my initial contact.

I'd love to know the answer to this to. I am in Human Resources, and met with the staff member that would be my boss. It's a small company and the entire HR dept would be her and I - so no need to meet my direct supervisor or meet with a team that I'd be supporting, etc.
I go in Monday to meet with the CFO and the woman who used to do my position (she went back to school, which is why there is an opening) and am wondering if it's more of a formality or what. I will still prepare the same but I am just wondering. Thanks!
