I think you should keep trying to get more interviews with different institutions until the "fat lady sings". It could distract you from the "waiting game" and keep you "on your toes" at the same time.
What sinker123 said and this is also difficult to do when you don't have anymore interviews coming up.
Doing some "fantasy" job seeking instead of "fantasy" football could help, and might help one discover more about that market sector in the process. At the very least, it could generate some referrals for future reference; and give the "satisfaction" of doing something constructive in the mean time.
How long do you wait until you make contact in regards to a decision? I had an interview on 8/25.
