That's the general format I'd use--it's pretty obvious to the person reviewing the resume that the title changes were vertical, not lateral moves. Don't repeat responsibilities that are duplicated during the various roles, state them once in the lowest role that responsibility is found in.

this is pretty much how mine is except the most recent is first, and I don't put dates on each one. I list the employer, the start and end dates, then describe the 3 positions below. More like this:
ABC Company, 2002-present
Production Lead
Supervise production team of eight.
