still go to the interview? And the fact that it wasn't even pushed back to Monday makes me feel that I really don''t have a chance and considering now even going. It looks like they have who they want for the position.
It's possibe that the person who was going to interview you had an emergency come up (heaven forbid a friend/relative got sick or passed away) and as a result they can't meet with you until a later date/time.
It's also possible that the person, if they're not out of the office Monday, has work they must catch up on Monday and would rather meet with you Tuesday when they have more time available.
If they already hired someone they wouldn't be rescheduling. That would seem pretty obvious, I would think - to most. But if you don't feel like going then call and cancel the appointment.
If you don't need the job, just do go. What's the point of this question?
Hiring is not on the top priority list of any hiring managers. All kinds of things come up at work place. Unexpected crisis and trips can drop on their laps with last minute notice. Getting back to a candidate who they have not even seen isn't something urgent UNLESS you are the only one in the world can do this critical job and everybody knows it.
Let's face it. We aren't Michael Jordan. Nobody is begging us to work.

I think it has something to do with the last 2 times I had a interviewed rescheduled I didn't get the job.

If you are available, then go. If you have schedule conflicts, tell them so and reschedule for a day/time that better suits you. It's a good way to tell if they are as flexible w/you as they expect you to be w/them. You may decide you don't wish to even work for this company.

What do you think?
Nearing the end of unemployment, I'd go for anything.
