Requirements
6 months recent experience in heavy warehouse, construction, labor, manufacturing, assembly or production (PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED IF THE WORK EXPERIENCE IS NOT 6 MONTHS FROM TODAYS DATE)
Fluent in English—ability to read, write, and speak clearly
Original High School Diploma or GED
Current H-6 DMV printout required at time of testing
Able to pass physical ability production simulation
Must pass criminal background, drug screen—clean driving record.
NO FELONIES, MISDEMEANORS, PENDING DUI's, FAILURES TO APPEAR, FAILURES TO PAY. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Duties:
Work in repetitive and fast-paced environment and physically demanding assembly work. Working with sheet metal and machines (spot welders, air tools). Work requires standing, bending, lifting and walking up to 12 hours a day.

That is intersting that they say "no misdomeanors" for a job that really is not dealing with cash, trust or requires bonding. I wonder why. That disqualifies lots of people from even applying. I have never seen that before.

Probably because people with misdemeanors generally get thrown into the same stereotype as all other criminals. Sucks but that is what happens when you break the law.

It is weird how they can bring you to take a test on the internet and you pass it then have me to Toyota and perform tests job related I pass it go for a. Interview and then thy ask for misdemeanor charges when I first applied felonies was all that was asked for. Why let someone get their hopes up for employment and then spit in their face in the end? A lot of time and effort and money wasted! I really am a great employee am it's a shame I get disqualified over my record of a misdemeanor!
