So I have an interview next week in an office where the manager is not physically present and instead works out of another office 500 miles away. I'm having three interviews, two of which will be done via video conference. Does anyone have any experience with video conference interviews? What should I expect? Thanks!
I have done one. Just remember to be just a professional as if it were face to face. Sometimes people forget that aspect and think they can twich in their chair and lose focus because someone is not on the other side of the table.
I have done it as well. It is very similar as if you were face to face. The only difference is the interviewer can see your entire body (depending on the camera position) so be mindful of your posture etc. Good luck!!
