How would you describe your leadership experience when interviewing for a supervisory position, and you have never been responsible for performance evaluations or direct reports? Let's say you really are confident in your ability to do the job and you "ran" your last office, but officially you didn't have the job title?

You would have to describe what leadership role/s you performed. Workplaces have formal leaders and informal leaders.
