Most of those types of applications online will not advance further in to the app unless you put your numbers in there. You can't leave them blank.

See if the online application lets you enter blanks or text that says you will provide this information later, but do not supply false information. If you falsify, you might get the job now, but you might be fired later for falsifying information.

maybe you could just put all zeros and they would figure out it's not lying but you don't feel comfortable.

I don't put my SSN on job apps. I simply put "upon hire" in that field. Who knows what garbage can its going into, lol
