Writing jobs? Please show us you can write better than you have in this thread.
14-18 applications I nowhere near enough. Since you are applying for entry level retail jobs you probably need to apply to 40 or so jobs before you get an offer. I base this on the fact that I would get about 40-60 applications for every person I hired back in the day when I was a retail manager.
When I was searching for retail work, while in college and high school, I put out over 70 applications and it took a few years.
Seriously. And when filling out these apps, your punctuation and grammar should be perfect especially if you calim to be a writer. You are judged on all these things. Don't give them any reason to eliminate you.
When in doubt about spelling or grammar, Google is your friend.
Yeah yeah yeah I know this but this is just a forum who cares about proper anything.
I do.
If you are sloppy with your grammar and punctuation when it doesn't matter, the same habits will creep into your writing when it does matter. It takes more effort to maintain two separate writing styles, one for forums and another or professional circumstances, than it does to maintain one correct writing style.
You have the capability, but apparently not the ability, to do just that. Leave it alone. You ignore all advice anyway and continue to leech off your parents, so what does it matter?
Oh, and it's a good thing the "writing jobs" didn't involve math - you lost count between 1 and 4?
Well, judging by your posts here, I certainly would not hire you.
You are much too self-centered and whiny.
When you are going to an interview, learn a little about the company you will be interviewing with, and show the person you have done your homework. They might actually think you care a little.
Why do all of the job ADs on Craigslist require that you have a degree or experience no matter the line of work?
What if you've never had job experience what so ever how do you expect to get a job? I know that there are people that have no experience but yet manage to get jobs.
I have been applying for jobs last few days and got rejected by all the jobs.

Well a good portion of the jobs on Craigslist are scams anyways. I wouldn't be shocked if someone listed a highly glorified "food specialist" position on Craigslist and specified a degree being a requirement which leads to McDonalds. Perhaps -- I shouldn't give them any ideas, though.

That had to be the stupidest thing you could have possibly done.
You need to change your attitude and fast. You won't get a job acting that way, especially in a tough job market. I made a mistake when I was on a temp assignment, but I learned from it.
