I am considering a change of careers and have always wondered what life is like as an HR recruiter (preferably one that does internal hiring for a company, not for a headhunting agency). As a person who hates being interviewed, I think I might enjoy turning the tables by becoming an interviewer. I would imagine it is a rewarding field as you get to give people jobs and (hopefully) see them grow in your company. Does anyone do this for a living? What do you think of it?
