You are first and only interview one week, then the HR person goes on vacation. The next 2 people interview the end of the next week.
Do you think the being the first person being interviewed a full week and 1/2 prior, puts you at a disadvantage. It seems to me like the last 2 would be fresh on the minds of the people conducting the interviews.
Title should read "your interview" not "you"...typo.
The timing is a bit weird, but I doubt it will have a significant difference in the outcome.
If you only interview 3 people, the odds are that one candidate is notably better than the other two. I know that when you are in the job hunt it feels like everything is very close, and sneezing at the wrong time can scuttle your chances, but in reality it is usually pretty clear who should be offered the job.

I used to think it is always a disadvantage to go first, no one to compare the person to. Given a choice, I liked to be early afternoon on the last day. In this situation the delay could mean they could forget much of what they learned about you unless they take good notes, but. . .since I have been on the other side, doing the interviews, it has been very rare that there was more than one person close enough for timing to make any difference. I find that the typical situation to be one person head and shoulders above the rest, or none that I would want to take, and re-announce the job.
if you impress them, they're not going to forget you. i don't think timing has much of an effect at all.
