1. No objective
2. Way too many bullets for the first job. 2-3 is ideal, max 4.
3. Make your education heading match the job heading (format of degree/title then date(s))

If you'd upload your resume, I'm more than happy to reformat it for you. You can change your name/address/company names to stay anonymous.

In reviewing your resume, I think that some of the bullet points you use between the three jobs you held seem repetitive. For example, you mention your ability to handle telephones/calls for all three positions on your resume. Is this really necessary?

I agree with the above advice that you should have a maximum of four bullet points related to each position. You can use slightly longer sentences for a bullet point (so that perhaps the bullet point is two lines long) to include more information as necessary.

When did you complete your certificate in accounting? Perhaps you could include the date (so long as there is not a long employment gap that this date would create).

Also, I think you should leave out some bullet points such as "effectively worked independently and as part of a team." This bullet point tells us nothing about what you actually did at the job. Instead, you might discuss what project you worked on as a team member and the role you played in the team to get results.
