Your naming convention works fine. The only thing that annoys me is when I receive a file named "Mark's résumé for Burger King" and I am hiring for a library.

But people who are that sloppy usually have a zillion other reasons to disqualify them. It has never been a deciding factor.

I like to code mine as well. I will put abbreviations for the area of the country I am applying in.

It's just a name, and then soon after that you'll be just a number.

I know there are a ton of people out there with resume named "Resume" or "NAME's Resume".
What are appropriate and professional to use in these resume title.

For example, how would a senior electrical engineer named John Wright name his resume. Or how would a recent graduate, Victoria Richardson, bachelor of art in graphic design.

For me, I have my degree, name, and version number. Such as EngineeringTechnology DuyLe-v1.1.5.
The only thing I can say is that it's really long, but it understandable who the resume belong to, and the degree/career field related to. The version number is my own thing to let me know, that I am updating it. If I am gaining new skills, new job experience, or editing my resume, it let me know that it is the latest version of my resume.
I didn't think it mattered at all unless you named it something "silly", which might sound unprofessional, or something offensive.

Just make sure to save as a pdf (unless otherwise requested).

Why?

Because Microsoft word files don't always look the same per computer system. They have to have the same fonts, same sizes, same formatting. A PDF is ironclad the same.
