Hi guys,

This is my very first post.

I am searching for administrative/office support positions and have polished a very nice resume. What I'm struggling with is the cover letter, and some help would be greatly appreciated. Here is my cover letter

Dear Hiring Manager,

The skills I have acquired in my previous job make me the perfect candidate for your Administrative Assistant position. I have always admired your brand and your desire to provide the highest quality hospitality. I would like to work for a highly respected and award winning company like Hyatt.

I am skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. My typing ability (70 wpm) resulted in the top mark in data entry production. My organizational skills and attention to detail translated to an accuracy rating of 99.5 %. Through prioritizing tasks, I finish the most important work first.

This position gives me the opportunity to expand my skill set and learn more about the hospitality industry. I would be a great addition to your staff.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I am very excited to learn more about this opportunity and share how I will be a great fit at Hyatt.

I also have another question that's been bothering me. Since most companies use ATS, and they can only read .doc file formats, I had to create my resume in that format. However, whenever I upload my resume the format is different than it is in my computer. I was wondering if anyone else experienced the same problem.

Thank you in advance and any help will be greatly appreciated.
