Word of mouth. Small field, no one except government posts jobs on job boards and even then they that's rarely. A few do get posted on association and special interest groups (compuserv, forums, social networking).

The only thing I got from Careerbuilder was spam and lots of it. It never mattered that I checked the box not to share my email.

Careerbuilder is the herpes of the job ad market.

Indeed is the best (coming from a Corporate Recruiter) it aggregates jobs from all the job boards (monster, careerbuilder, etc.) as well as company websites. I highly recommend, my company is looking to build a relationship for their enterprise account.

The only thing I've seen from Indeed in anything related to my field is for-profit technical schools. Pretty scary if they're the best there is.
