I'm going in tomorrow for an interview and I was told there will be roleplaying. I will be posing as a customer service representative and I will be speaking to a disgruntled customer. The recruiter told me to emphasize a lot of empathy. Does anyone have any tips for me? any experiences? I hate being put on the spot but I guess it comes with the job.

Thank you!

I'd prepare to sit on a black couch in an otherwise empty room and a camcorder to be involved.
